1) Building Executive/Supervisor

Job Scope
a) To assist in the provision of credit control administration duties in the Property Management Office (PMO).
b) To compile and sort the accounting data received from Accounts Department.
c) To implement basic accounting controls.
d) To prepare notices, letters and report within the specific time period.
e) To maintain proper filing system.
f) To compile report from the site office and analyze, monitor and present report to the client.
g) To attend to owner’s or tenants’ complaints and to answer all enquiries professionally and tactfully.
h) To assign and monitor complaints from the report to the respective requires the assistance from the respective department.
2) Account Executive

-Possess at least Diploma/Advance Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or ACCA;
-Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills.

Accounts Executive
4) Maintenance Supervisor cum Technician
-Male
-Preferably at least 2- 3 years of experience in facilities maintenance work in a retail environment.
-Ability to work independently and good communication skills. Must be able to write reports.
-IT skills and must be able to operate and read the system.
-able to do repair work in electrical, plumbing, painting, tiling and masonry.
-able to attend ad hoc emergency repair outside working hours.
Job Scope
a) To supervise the day to day operations of the building in accordance with policies, procedures and standing orders issued by the Building Manager;
b) To attend to tenants’ complaints and to answer all enquiries professionally and tactfully;
c) To supervise and maintain the operations of all mechanical and electrical installations including operation of the standby generator and air conditioning systems in the building in accordance with the requirements of the relevant authorities;
d) To supervise all maintenance staff employed in the building;
e) To supervise the maintenance contractors appointed in the building;
f) To assist the Building Manager in the maintenance and management of the building;
g) To conduct daily inspection of the building and M&E installation and forward daily report to the Building Manager;
h) To carry out basic maintenance works within the building.
i) Plan and carry out Preventive Maintenance work on all related equipment and machinery.
j) Attend to equipment failures immediately, resolve problems and have equipment working with minimal downtime
k) Conduct inspections and testing of all electrical installations, panels, lift and facilities as per regulatory requirements.
l) Oversee the maintenance, servicing, testing and calibration of the switchboards.
m) Test, check and troubleshoot generator sets.
n) Monitor facilities improvement and renovation works carried out by external contractors.
o) Liaise with SEB, Suruhanjaya Tenaga, and other statutory bodies as required
p) Ensure all required licenses and/or permits pertaining to the installation and use of mechanical & electrical equipment and gas supply are obtained, updated and are valid at all times.
