Building Executive/Supervisor

  • Fluent in conversational speaking of Mandarin, English, and Malay
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Amazing interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at once
  • Good in Word, Excel, and accounting or POS software

           Job Scope

  • To assist in providing credit control administration duties in the Property Management Office (PMO).
  • To compile and sort the accounting data received from Accounts Department.
  • To implement basic accounting controls.
  • To prepare notices, letters and reports within the specific period.
  • To maintain a proper filing system.
  • To compile a report from the site office and analyse, monitor and present the report to the client.
  • To attend to owner’s or tenants’ complaints and answer all enquiries professionally and tactfully.
  • To assign and monitor complaints from the report to the respective requires assistance from the respective department.

Account Executive 

  • Female Preferred
  • Fluent in conversational speaking of Mandarin, English, and Malay
  • Possess at least Diploma/Advance Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or ACCA;
  • Strong analytical skills.

  • Possess sound knowledge and skill in accounting software, ie. Avelsoft; CSS or UBS;

           Job Scope

  • Perform all relevant general accounting transactions and bookkeeping
  • Handle and Update Account Records, bank and cash book etc
  • Reimbursement and custodian of Petty Cash
  • Prepare reconciliation and all account balances
  • Process weekly payments and electronic payments when required
  • Checking PO, DO, Invoices and posting
  • Responsible for liaising with External Auditor and response to their queries
  • Perform ad-hoc and other finance initiatives

Sales Admin

           Job Scope

  • To update the project price list and monthly sales report to management
  • To provide and update project information to agents
  • To issue sales forms, official receipts, and collect payments from the buyer and bank
  • To issue claim letters and follow up on the claim status
  • Send instruction letters to the lawyer to prepare an agreement and arrange for the buyer to sign the agreement
  • Must be versatile in undergoing multiple duties
  • Must have a positive attitude, be respectful, trustworthy, and be able to work independently
  • Well organised and able to maintain punctuality, attendance, and safekeeping of document records properly

Maintenance Supervisor cum Technician

  • Male Preferred
  • Preferably at least 2- 3 years of experience in facilities maintenance work in a retail environment.
  • Ability to work independently
  • IT skills and must be able to operate and read the system.
  • Able to repair electrical, plumbing, painting, tiling, and masonry.
  • Able to attend ad hoc emergency repairs outside of working hours.

          Job Scope

  • To supervise the day-to-day operations of the building following policies, procedures, and standing orders issued by the building manager
  • To attend to tenants’ complaints and answer all inquiries professionally and tactfully;
  • To supervise and maintain the operations of all mechanical and electrical installations, including operation of the standby generator and air conditioning systems in the building, following the requirements of the relevant authorities;
  • To supervise all maintenance staff employed in the building;
  • To supervise the maintenance contractors appointed in the building;
  • To assist the Building Manager in the maintenance and management of the building;
  • To conduct daily inspections of the building and M&E installation and forward daily reports to the Building Manager
  • To carry out essential maintenance works within the building.
  • Plan and carry out preventive maintenance work on all related equipment and machinery.
  • Attend to equipment failures immediately, resolve problems, and have equipment working with minimal downtime
  • Conduct inspections and testing of all electrical installations, panels, lifts, and facilities as per regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee the maintenance, servicing, testing, and calibration of the switchboards.
  • Test, check, and troubleshoot generator sets.
  • Monitor facilities improvement and renovation works carried out by external contractors.
  • Liaise with SEB, Suruhanjaya Tenaga, and other statutory bodies as required
  • Ensure all required licences and permits for installing and using mechanical and electrical equipment and gas supplies are obtained, updated, and valid at all times.
